Claudette joined The Ethics, Science, and the Public Project (formerly known as The Kavli Centre for Ethics, Science, and the Public) with a strong background in administrative roles across private, commercial, and academic environments. She brings extensive organisational experience alongside a calm, thoughtful, and people-focused approach.
She plays a key role in supporting operations, helping to ensure that projects and events run smoothly from planning through to delivery. Her responsibilities include coordinating contracts, managing supplier relationships and payments (including creative collaborators), and organising meetings and logistics. Her work provides a reliable foundation that enables the wider team to focus on their work.
Alongside her administrative role, Claudette is a qualified integrative counsellor. She has a particular interest in supporting women, especially around self-esteem, overwhelm, and emotional wellbeing. Her approach is grounded in empathy, active listening, and creating a safe, non-judgemental space.
